Sales on the Quinte and District Real Estate Board are up over 37% from this time last year. February alone saw an increase of over 23 %. Remember this is not sale prices which are up 6-14% depending on location. Prince Edward County saw the largest increases due to a few large dollar sales including waterfront.

It is my opinion that we will see a strong market in our area for awhile yet. Interest rates are still favourable and our local economy is chugging along.
